Logistic Coordinator Poland (m/f/d)
In this role, you will coordinate logistics operations between beeline Logistics and our logistics partner in Poland (Wrocław), ensuring smooth communication, stable processes, and efficient day-to-day operations.
This is what you'll be doing with us:
- Monitor daily logistics operations and on-site activities
- Coordinate communication between beeline GmbH and our logistics partner in Wrocław
- Verify shipment completion and resolve operational issues
- Monitor KPIs and prepare operational reports
- Support process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to the development and stabilization of operational processes
What we are looking for:
- Experience in operational logistics and warehouse operations
- Experience working with logistics service providers / 3PL partners
- Good understanding of logistics processes and ERP/WMS/TMS systems
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Very good command of German and communicative English
