What you will be doing:
In your sales area North East England you are the link between your team, our head office and our concessions partners.
- You will be responsible for remotely leading and coordinating a team of around 25 employees
- You recruit motivated employees for your team who are the face of beeline in the branches of our concession partners.
- With your strong communication skills you maintain the relationship with our business partners/ host stores.
- You optimise turnover, costs and concessions standards. In addition, you drive profitability and visual merchandising standards.
- You maintain a strategic overview of your area and ensure a smooth process flow.
What we are hoping you will have:
- You have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Area, District or Regional Manager or in a comparable position, preferably in the fashion sector
- You have at least 2 years of management experience; you are familiar with hiring, employee interviews and performance management/disciplinaries.
- You are tech savvy and proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A full & clean driving licence and willingness to travel are required.
- Optional: you have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have a degree in business administration.
- You should live in or around Leeds/York.
