Sr. Sales Analyst - Global Key Accounts
**This position can be remote but ideal candidate would live on the East Coast**
Mission:
To empower the global Key Accounts team with timely, accurate, and actionable insights that drive performance, improve efficiency, and support strategic decision-making. The Sr. Sales Analyst plays a critical role in transforming raw data into meaningful business intelligence that informs both regional and global sales efforts.
Scope:
The Sr. Sales Analyst role will report directly to the Manager of Commercial Strategy and Sales Analytics and will support the design and delivery of reporting and dashboards for the global Key Accounts team. Assist in deep-dive analyses that uncover trends, risks, and opportunities within the sales pipeline. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Planning & Allocation, Operations and Business Performance Controlling to align on data definitions and performance metrics. Contribute to data quality initiatives and process improvements across analytics tools and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the global Key Accounts team to prepare sales reporting and analysis for partner meetings.
- Build and maintain recurring sales performance reports and dashboards (e.g., in SAP, Salesforce, or Excel).
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity in data visualization and communication of results.
- Track KPIs such as sales pipeline analysis, quota attainment tracking, regional sales performance, and initiative effectiveness.
- Conduct ad-hoc and structured analyses to support strategic initiatives and sales leadership inquiries.
- Identify patterns in sales data that inform performance reviews, forecasting, and regional planning.
- Present findings in a clear, concise, and actionable format.
- Work with BI systems (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, Analysis for Office and SAC) to extract and validate sales data.
- Support efforts to improve data integrity and standardization across global teams.
- Contribute to documentation and development of scalable reporting templates and processes.
- Partner with regional sales teams to understand business needs and support data requests.
- Participate in global analytics and partner steering meetings, sharing insights and collaborating cross-functionally

- Develop rapport with the global Key Account team and key stakeholders (First 30 days)
- Understand planning, allocation, logistics, field operations and brand structure, strategy, and execution (First 60 days)
- Develop detailed understanding of partner objectives and reporting needs to drive consistent, value-add reporting for internal and external stakeholders (First 60 days)
