Commercial Business Partner (w/m/d) Germany

 

In this role you will be focussing on our German market. You will therefore be travelling within Germany (company car). Our headquarters are located in Cologne. You are welcome to use the office, but it is not obligatory.

 

Your tasks:

 

  • Working together with our German Regional Managers, Analyst Business Partners and HR Business Partners as well as several departments in our head office to ensure commercial & operational excellence for our field staff.
  • Impacting our Points-of-sales (POS) with a focus on the customer perspective and how to best improve their shopping experience.
  • Reviewing locations, product presentation, collection placements, stock, seasonal products etc. and ensuring our displays are easy to shop from.
  • Finding ways to simplify processes at the POS connected to decoration changes, theme placement, marketing, etc. while maintaining the quality.
  • Being involved in creating content for trainings with location- and merchandising focus.
  • Challenging existing processes & contributing within projects to steer business from an Operations & Sales point of view. 

 

Your profile:

 

  • Business oriented, commercial experience. At best, you have already worked in a similar role for at least 3 years.
  • Willingness to travel within Germany on a weekly basis.
  • Analytical skills as well as strong multitasking and time management skills.
  • Communication skills in German & English, both verbal and written. 
  • Ability to work independently & good interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships and to influence outcomes.
  • Ability to understand customers’ perspective in short & long-term goals.
  • High drive for results to find new and better ways of doing things. 
  • Effective communication to ensure best practices are optimized by actively sharing information.
  • Enthusiasm for change and actively supporting change.
