District /Area Manager Northern Belgium

What you will be doing:

 

In your sales area with 280 points of sales in Northern Belgium you are the link between your team, our head office and our concessions partners.

 

  • You will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team of up to 14 employees.
  • You recruit motivated employees for your team who are the face of beeline in the branches of our concession partners.
  • With your strong communication skills you maintain the relationship with our business partners/ host stores.
  • You optimise turnover, costs and concessions standards. In addition, you drive profitability and visual merchandising standards.
  • You maintain a strategic overview of your area and ensure a smooth process flow.

 

 

What we are hoping you will have:

 

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Area, District or Regional Manager or in a comparable position, preferably in the fashion sector
  • You have at least 2 years of management experience; you are familiar with hiring, employee interviews and performance management/disciplinaries.
  • You are tech savvy and proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A full & clean driving licence and willingness to travel are required.
  • You should live in or around Gent.
