Key Account Coordinator (French Speaker)
Full time (French Speaker) Key Account Coordinator to work with the French KAM team in our Barcelona head office.

Your tasks:
- Management and coordination of processes relating to existing and newly acquired business partners
- Supporting Key Account Managers in their daily operational and strategic activities (e.g. daily communication, provision of analysis, follow up of action plans; coordination of promotions, process changes, e.g. EDI, invoicing, etc.).
- Administration and further development of processes, tools and documents related to key account management.
- As a link between KAM and our business partners and internal departments, you are responsible for a smooth and uninterrupted flow of communication and act as a contact person.
- Support contract administration by issuing standard contract drafts and overseeing the contract settlement process
- Contribute to strategic partner management calls, prepare meeting minutes and monitor action plans across functions (key account manager, brand/product manager, merchandise management, visual merchandising, control and operations).
- Support the entire acquisition process for the markets concerned (market research, networking activities, presentations, preparation of meetings, etc.).
- Maintain the key account management toolkit and related processes
- Ensure the flow of information and documentation between the key account manager and ISC (including support to the ISC KAM)
- Ensure consistency of Beeline's corporate communication approach, principles and materials to business partners
Your Profile:
- Speaking French (native level) and English is a must
- You are located in Barcelona
- You have 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role
You are good with data analysis.
You are motivated and feel comfortable working in a team - You have strong communication skills both externally and internally
- You pay attention to detail and you have strong organizational abilities
- You feel confident in using Microsoft Office products, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
